Our company was born inside of cross-border recruitment company Workwide (est. 2014) and apply a decade of relocation know‑how to make your move‑in clear and predictable.
After a decade helping people relocate for jobs, we saw our candidates struggle with the basics of relocation and home services in their new countries—so we built a simpler, more transparent way to get set up.

Settlewell is a rarity in the industry with it being a family-run software business. Our founding team consists of Angela (Admin, mother), Linus (COO, cousin), Simon (CEO, older brother) and Filip (CCO, younger brother).
